Where Geniality Is To Be Found
Geniuses refer to people who are very creative and intelligent. Most people can be said to be very clever and smart. However, not everyone is a genius mainly because of the lack of creativity that is common with most of us.
Then there are those who are very creative but lack the necessary intellectual capability of being able to benefit from this creativity. Examples of geniuses who are well known world wide include Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton and Mozart. Basically speaking, we cannot really define the term genius in the exact sense. This is because there is no clear and subject measure that we can use to classify those who are geniuses and those who are not.
However, in general, it will normally be assumed that geniuses have unique ways though which they approach ideas and situations. They retool them by creating something that is very monumental and which changes how other people think. For instance, Einstein was able to come up with a single math formula that has totally changed physics.
Some researchers will measure geniality using the standard IQ of the person. However, this measure ranks among the most questionable of all. This is because most people are of the view that these IQ tests are actually limited since they tend to focus on some specific areas of one’s mind.
For such people, true genius is shown in the product of one’s life. To this end, geniuses are very talented in most areas. This is why they are considered to be polymaths. For example, Leonardo da Vinci was one of the most famed polymath. He was well versed in science and art.
On the other hand, Einstein had his specialization in physics and he is still considered to be a genius. Some people are of the view that spirits are actually paralyzed through the intelligence and a sharp brain.
However, geniuses are also supposed to be fully functional in the modern day world and the environment they find themselves in. To this end, you will land upon the realization that most geniuses manage daily events with very great success. However, since these geniuses normally think about ways and methods that other people do not think about, it can sometimes be very difficult to converse and follow conversations with them.
Even today, people are confounded by the reasons why some people become geniuses while others do not. However, scientists are of the view that there are clear genetic links. The environment will also determine whether one will become a genius or not. Neuroscience and scientific study of the human brain also suggests that geniuses have different brains through mental training.
All in all, people who are extremely talented have brain and cognitive skills that are connected in a way that is different from the norm. This will facilitate better communication between those areas of the brain that are usually isolated.
It will also alter the way through which these brains process information. In fact, seeing as most geniuses were also child prodigies, it follows that there is some sound foundation for this thesis since genius is normally recognized when one is still a child.
